A four bedroom beach house with a pool, on the Clarkes Beach side of Byron Bay.
Behind the arched front door, Seaglass is built around a covered terrace. A long cushioned sofa, low stone tables and round woven stools sit under a timber roof, open to the palms, so breakfast, a card game and the last drink of the day all happen in the same place.
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread over two floors, with a fenced pool at the back and a barbecue within reach of the sofa.
The house is a five minute walk from Clarkes Beach, and about 1.5 km from the middle of Byron Bay. Wategos Beach and the Cape Byron lighthouse are 2 to 3 km away, a short drive or a walk along the Walgun Cape Byron Walking Track.
The farmers market, Bangalow, Mullumbimby and Brunswick Heads are all within about 25 minutes by car.
Eight people can sleep here without anyone sleeping in the living room, and every group finds its own corner.

Eight things most visitors walk past: names, dates and a wreck.
The Arakwal people know Cape Byron as Walgun. The marine park describes it as a place for ceremony, learning and spiritual inspiration, and the conservation area that holds the lighthouse now carries the name.
Offshore, Julian Rocks is Nguthungulli to the Arakwal. Stories say Bundjalung people walked out to them for ceremonies when sea levels were lower, about 7,000 years ago.
Cape Byron is the easternmost point of the Australian mainland. James Cook first saw it on 15 May 1770 and named it for Vice-Admiral John Byron.
The lighthouse was built between 1899 and 1901 and opened on 1 December 1901. It shows a white flash every 15 seconds, and is described as Australia's most powerful lighthouse. The last keeper left in 1989, when it was automated.
Before it was Byron Bay, the district was Cavenbah, a long-standing meeting place for the Arakwal, neighbouring clans and Bundjalung people.
Whales were hunted off Byron Bay until 1963. The humpbacks you now watch from the headland were killed there each year in the 1950s and 1960s.
The steamship Wollongbar was stranded at Belongil Beach in 1921. Its wreck is still visible, and snorkellers visit it.
The 1973 Aquarius Festival at Nimbin is described as the first event in Australia to seek permission from Aboriginal people to use their land.

Byron Bay sits on Arakwal Country, part of the wider Bundjalung Nation, and the hinterland has been home to artists, makers and festival crowds since the 1970s. We acknowledge the Bundjalung of Byron Bay (Arakwal) people as the Traditional Custodians of this Country, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
